Description:	The MarkeTrak tool is a web based database application used to track and manage issues identified by Market Participants and ERCOT. This tool is the supported method to resolve retail transaction problems and data discrepancies. This System Change Request (SCR) will add functionality to the MarkeTrak Issue Resolution Tool to: Improve and standardize Market Participant administration functions; Implement ERCOT validations requested by the MarkeTrak Task Force (MTTF); and Redesign the workflows to leverage potential vendor upgrades to the MarkeTrak application.
Reason:	This SCR will add additional functionality to the MarkeTrak tool. Since the implementation of MarkeTrak in November of 2006, the MTTF has continuously worked to identify potential enhancements that would benefit all users of MarkeTrak. Suggestions for enhancements to the MarkeTrak application have been solicited and received by ERCOT since the ‘Pens Down’ portion of Project, 70007_01, MarkeTrak Enhancements (Workflows & Reporting). This SCR will incorporate the identified enhancements into the MarkeTrak application.
