Description:	This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) removes the market requirement for annual Load Profile ID validation in areas where Advanced Meter System (AMS) deployment is in progress.
Reason:	Load Profile ID for Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) becomes irrelevant for Settlement purposes with the installation of Advanced Meters capable of providing interval data for Settlement.
