Description:	This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) states that the Entity with decision making authority over how a Resource or Split Generation Resource is offered or scheduled shall be responsible for all offers associated with each Resource, including offers represented by a proxy Energy Offer Curve. Additional non-substantive administrative revisions, such as correcting acronym usage, are shown with the author “ERCOT Market Rules.”
