Description:	This Commercial Operations Market Guide Revision Request (COPMGRR) updates Section 12, Renewable Energy Credits (REC) to conform to PRR 808, Clean-up and Alignment of RECs Trading Program Language with PUCT Rules language as it refers to Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) as opposed to Renewable Energy Credit (REC) and removes the acronym Preliminary RPS Requirement (PRR). This COPMGRR also adds a new section for micro-generators and REC aggregators.
