Settlement Metering Operating Guide

ERCOT directly polls the meters of any generator or non-opt-in cooperatives or municipalities that requests the service for use in the financial settlement of the market. The entity must meet certain requirements and certifications for ERCOT-polled settlement (EPS) meters. The Settlement Metering Operating Guide describes the standards, specifications, procedures and practices for EPS metering. Settlement Metering Operating Guide Revision Request Process
