Antitrust Admonition
ERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws.  The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings.  If you have not received a copy of these Guidelines, please see the Client Relations desk to receive a copy.

Requirements for Texas SET 3.0A

• SAC 04 Code Review 

  • At the August 18th meeting we were all asked as to review the SAC 04 code list and provide feedback. We need to finalize this list for the 3.0A Release.

Requirements for SET 4.0

·         Review draft requirements

o   ERCOT has started initial drafts of the requirements; we will do a short initial review to make sure there are no concerns with them.

·         Nodalized PRR

o   By the time we submit the revisions the PRR will no longer be in use.  ERCOT is nodalizing our initial draft so we will review to make sure everything looks good. 

·         Finalize transaction names

o   Review and finalize transaction name changes

o   AMIT Update
