Last meeting Ken spoke of closing the loop, review testing, reporting, and how it is reviewed via the RARF and Real-time. Procedure needs to be developed for this review.
  • PSS Clarification on definition of PSS turned on and when
  • Discuss PRR824 Primary Frequency Response from WGRs.
  • Discuss the 2010 calendar and OWG meeting dates.
